Ongoing Study Management - Negotiation is done but more cash can be won!

This webinar was recorded on September 19, 2018.

In this webinar our BSA team reviewed tips and tricks to ensure all sites are maximizing their revenues (cash) through ongoing study management.  A lot of sites think that once the contract and budget negotiation is over, their budget is set in stone.  We discussed the ways in which sites can increase their dollars through the art of ongoing study management.

During this webinar, we covered:

  • Pre-screen logs: how pre-screening allows for more qualified patients, leading to higher enrollment and decreased screen fails;
  • Monthly review of screen failures to ensure all expenses are paid and renegotiate if screen failure ratio is upside down;
  • Increasing marketing dollars: review the site’s current campaigns and adjust based on success of enrollment; and
  • Enrollment goals: knowing your enrollment goal and working with the sponsors to increase enrollment if your close to or maximizing your numbers early.
