NEW ORLEANS, May 30, 2018 – Guidestar Research has unveiled a new line of clinical research financial management services for clinical trial sites called Active Trial Maintenance (ATM), designed to help ensure the positive flow of funds from work performed on trials.
GuideStar’s newly established Active Trial Maintenance line includes services such as research revenue cycle management (RRCM), clinical trial management system (CTMS) implementation and trial entry, and patient recruitment. The ATM service line is designed to complement the already established clinical trial start-up services, known as Accelerated Trial Activation (ATA), and Comprehensive Site Evaluation and Implementation (CSEI) GuideStar services.
GuideStar Managing Partner, Al Peters, expects the new ATM service line will help research organizations verify billing compliance while also maximizing revenue. “With the launch of our Active Trial Maintenance services, specifically revenue cycle management, we are able to provide partners with a comprehensive and cost-effective solution to clinical research revenue concerns. It’s the key component to systemically improve earnings of clinical research programs while ensuring financial compliance.”
“We are incredibly excited to expand GuideStar’s ability to provide clinical research sites with the services necessary to experience success in this industry,” said Guidestar Managing Partner, Christian Burns. “We are always looking for new opportunities to lessen the administrative burden sites experience when conducting clinical trials, giving them the opportunity to focus on what they do best – patient care.”
In conjunction with the ATM service line announcement, GuideStar has just launched a new, completely redesigned website, www.guidestarresearch.com. The website has been developed to better educate clinical research professionals on clinical trials best practices, while also showcasing the wide range of services the company offers to hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and physician practices
GuideStar Director of Design and Marketing, Ashley Eldridge, believes the new website design will provide visitors with a more user-friendly experience. “The new GuideStar website not only has a clean and appealing aesthetic, but offers faster and easier access to information like clinical research best practices, and resources such as white papers and case studies that researchers can use to build more efficient and compliant clinical research organizations. We plan to consistently keep the website fresh and relevant by updating content and new educational resources throughout the year.”
